You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund or replacement if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • Your item is defective or not working properly

  • You received the wrong product

We may request photos or videos to confirm the issue.

Eligibility for a Refund

To qualify:

  • The item should be in its original packaging

  • The item must be unused or lightly tested

  • You must provide your order number or email used at checkout

Refunds may be denied if the product shows signs of excessive wear or intentional damage.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

  • Final-sale or clearance products

  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer

  • Minor cosmetic differences caused by lighting or manufacturing variations

Replacements

If your item arrived broken, defective, or not as described, we will send a free replacement.
Return shipping may not be required depending on the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.
If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may still request a refund after delivery.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, your refund will be issued within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method.
